You are an amazing dentist, you know it, you hear the same from your patients. But, sometimes your online profile doesn’t reflect the same. In this video, we will look into one of the major reasons for this mismatch.

Let’s say you have 99% of your patients go home happy with your service, and 1% or fewer are not satisfied. Your happy patients that represent 99% of your total patients are not going to go out on their own and write a Google review for your business. But, the 1% who did not like your service is going to go out and write a negative review.

Why do the unhappy 1% write a bad review?

These are the patients that are most vocal about their experience. Maybe there was a miscommunication, maybe they are really impacted, they are angry, and somehow want to express their frustration and want to punish. Writing a bad review for the business is one of the easier means available to punish. Or, sometimes they even think that they are helping other individuals by telling the world not to seek your services.

If this continues to happen for a period of a year or 2, your Google profile is going to look something like this. To the outer world, it shows 60% of your patients are unhappy with your service. But, that’s not the reality.

So, how can you bring your online profile close to reality? You have to turn some of your happy patients into good reviews.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments section below.
